We do this by establishing a strong relationship based on mutual trust and service with each and every one of our clients.
 

Christine M. Arganbright - CIC, AAI, CISR, CPSR
President
Christine has been in the insurance industry for 18 years. She has been the President of Bryton Insurance Agency for 3 years. Christine is dedicated to continuing education and furthering her knowledge of insurance coverage.

To that end, Christine holds 4 professional designations.

• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC): a 5-part program, each of which takes 20 hours of instruction followed by a rigorous exam. Each year, 20 hours of continuing education is required in order to keep the designation.

• Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI);

• Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR);

• and Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR).

Most of Christine’s insurance career has been dedicated to the commercial side of the industry; serving businesses by identifying potential exposures to loss and finding affordable solutions to protecting their assets.

Christine’s dedication to the betterment of Panora is demonstrated by her active involvement in the community. Christine feels that the future of Panora is in the hands of all community members, and active involvement is the only way to help Panora become a better place to live and work.

Christine has served as:

• President of the Panora Chamber of Commerce – two separate terms. Third term in 2006.

• Panorama Days committee member for 15 years.

• President of Panora Area Development Group (PRIDE) for one term.

• Member of the PRIDE Board of Directors

• President of the Board, Little Panther Daycare & Preschool

Kyla J. Nicholas - CISR
Vice President
Kyla J. Nicholas has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. She is the Vice President of the Bryton Insurance Agency. Kyla believes the key to being a Professional Insurance Agent is constantly furthering her knowledge.

Kyla holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR) which is an extensive five part series covering essential personal and commercial lines coverages and agency operations concepts. The CISR Program coaches front line insurance pros to understand coverages and analyze risks and exposures with top notch instruction, cutting edge content, and exceptional benefits.

Kyla has been actively involved in the community and has been involved in the following organizations:

• Active Chamber member of Panora with heading up the Panorama Days Committee for the past 4 years. Other committees include Chamber Soup Supper, Chamber Football Tailgate Party and Chamber Night at the Iowa Cubs Game.

• Active member of the Raccoon Valley Bike Riders.

• Charter member of 20 years for the TTT Chapter GF group. Activities for the Panora area include sponsoring College Scholarship for a Panorama High School girl. TTT and WFPF jointly sponsor the Red Ribbon Week for the Panorama Schools which is a program for students on Alcohol and Drug Awareness.
